ORDERS

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on your DPD delivery.

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

It's free.

 

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Your framed print and lots of bubblewrap, nothing else. We don’t include any paper in your order to avoid waste. An invoice and certificate of authenticity will be sent digitally. Our prints make great gifts as they all arrive without any receipts or prices inside.

  

MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

If your item doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, kindly inform us without delay. We request that you share pictures of both the damaged piece and the box it came in by sending them to help@priints.com, along with your order number. Even if there are no apparent signs of damage, please do remember to include photos of the box or boxes in which your art was delivered.

 

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it please contact us at help@priints.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

If you post a picture of your Priints artwork and tag us on Instagram (@priints_com), we’ll send you a 10% discount code for your next order.

CAN I CUSTOMISE THE FRAME?

The frame, mount, paper, ink and glass screen we use are the best on the market. As it says in the description, these are the exact same materials used by major galleries. For this reason we don’t allow changes as we’re already using the best materials money can buy.

 

HOW ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE?

Our Box frame is milled from solid ash, hand stained by our team and finished with a specialist wax to accentuate the grain.

 

HOW DO I HANG MY PICTURE?

All of our prints come ready to hang with a simple and sturdy rope mount attached to the back, hanging them couldn’t be easier. All you’ll need is a nail and a hammer.

 

ARE ANY OF YOUR PRINTS SIGNED OR NUMBERED?

No, all prints come with a digital certificate of authenticity with your own unique product code.

 

ARE YOUR PRINTS GLOSSY OR MATTE IN FINISH?

All of our artworks are matte printed on a heavy 308gsm Hahnemühle Photo Rag 100% cotton paper. The lightly defined felt structure and characteristic soft Photo Rag feel gives every print an incredible depth and almost three-dimensional appearance.

 

DO YOU USE GLASS OR ACRYLIC FOR YOUR FRAMED ART?

We use 2.5mm thick Tru Vue museum glass. When it comes to custom framing, this glass product is unmatched with its amazing clarity and uncompromised protection.

 

WHY USE TRU VUE MUSEUM GLASS?

It virtually eliminates reflections, it blocks up to 99% of UV rays and its enhanced surface allows for better durability and easy cleaning. Most importantly, it’s the best way to make your artwork last by protecting it against damage and colour fade.

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a no-quibble return policy for 60 days. If you’d like a refund follow the instructions in your email receipt.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All cancellations and order changes must be made within a few hours of the original purchase. We custom print and frame each piece just for you, so we’re unable to make adjustments once we begin the framing process.
